Recently I have had occasion to order a memorial from you for the above. We are always ready to complain when things are not quite right so I thought I would take this opportunity to say how impressed I was at the service I have received from your firm.

At the onset I telephoned your Edgware Branch and the lady there, whose name I believe was Susan, was most helpful and I felt at ease immediately because although this memorial was for a distant cousin this, as you are no doubt aware, is a very upsetting task to have to perform. On visiting the office on the Sunday to place a firm order I was attended by a lady whose name I do not know and again she was most helpful and courteous. Because I could not attend personally to view you kindly sent a very clear photograph of the memorial and I am now waiting to hear that the stone has been erected in Bushey.

I am most impressed with your service and felt that I should write and say thank you to all concerned for helping me at this difficult time.
